About Us

Mission

To give every home seller a fair, fast, and hassle-free cash solution—while treating each client’s situation as unique and guiding them step by step from first call to closing.

We fulfill this mission by listening first, explaining the seller’s available options and presenting an offer based on the property’s condition, location, comparable sales, anticipated repairs, and proposed transaction structure. Eagle covers all customary closing costs and applicable agent commissions and coordinates closing with the appropriate title company, escrow provider or closing attorney.

Vision

We envision a modern real-estate landscape where:

  1. Selling a house is as easy as clicking a button. During business hours, homeowners can often receive an initial offer within minutes to a few hours after providing the necessary property information. Most transactions close within 21 – 42 days, depending on title readiness, property review, and the transaction structure.

  2. Creative win-win solutions replace stressful negotiations. By leveraging technology and decades of deal experience, we uncover opportunities that benefit both seller and buyer.

  3. Integrity sets the industry standard. From first conversation to the final wire transfer, every interaction is built on trust, education, and relentless follow-through.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy towards real estate is built on the following pillars:

Custom solutions: After learning about your situation, we focusing on providing a plan that is specific to your situation and goals.
Creative solutions: We've been doing this for a long time, but sometimes the right solution is trying something different and creative.
Step-by-step guidance: We'll admit, real estate can be tricky for the uninitiated. You are entering uncharted territory, but we're here to guide you every step of the way.
Personalized service: We have the resources of a large business, but we're still able to treat each client like they are our only client.
Relentless: You have a problem or need - that's why you came to us! We're going to do everything we can to help you.

How We Complete Transactions

Eagle Cash Buyers uses several transaction structures because every property and seller situation is different. Depending on the transaction, Eagle may purchase the property directly, purchase through an affiliated entity, assign its contractual interest, complete a separate resale or work with a local investment partner. Some sellers may also qualify for a novation or retail buyer program. The proposed structure and applicable terms are explained in the written agreement.

A Clear Offer Based on the Property

A cash or investor offer will usually be lower than the potential retail price of a fully prepared home. Our goal is not to claim that we always pay the most. Our goal is to present a clear offer that reflects the property’s current condition, comparable sales, anticipated repairs, transaction costs and the speed and convenience offered to the seller.

What Eagle Covers

Eagle Cash Buyers covers all customary closing costs and any applicable real estate agent commissions, including commissions associated with a novation or retail buyer program. Seller-specific obligations – including mortgages, liens, delinquent property taxes, and HOA balances – may still be paid from the seller’s proceeds.
