What sellers say about Eagle Cash Buyers

My husband and I called Eagle Cash Buyers because our house was on the market for almost a year with no bites. We had moved out of our home and to a different state. We called them, it was very simple. We gave them the information on our home and they made an offer that we could not refuse. They took all my calls and questions, and I had a lot. They answered every call the first time I called. They were knowledgeable and helpful and it was such a pleasure and a blessing that we had a great experience. All the other cash home buyers we had called, one low balled us and they were not straight forward. Also our home was very nice, it had a brand new roof and water heater and heater and the attic was freshly insulated. So your home does not need to be trash for you to sell to them.

I had an excellent experience selling my home with Eagle Cash Buyers. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They took the time to ask what I was comfortable with, whether it was putting a For Sale sign out front or setting specific times for showings, which made me feel respected and in control throughout the process. Their communication was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything was clearly explained upfront, so there were no surprises.

I don't think I've ever been so happy to leave a review in all my life. For my family, the sale of my dad's home was a medical event. In many ways, because of the speed at which JP and Eagle Cash Buyers worked, it saved my dad's life. Not only did they work quickly and fairly, but at the end of the day they were willing to take a lesser commission to make sure my dad was treated fairly. I am so unbelievably grateful for this company and JP. I highly HIGHLY recommend working with this company.

Cannot recommend Mr. Oren and his team enough if you have a property or home that you are looking to sell fast. The professionalism and transparency they show is not comparable to other cash home buyers. From the point of initial contact all the way to closing day, the team at Eagle Cash Buyers kept their word with consistent updates throughout the process. Thank you for the integrity you have shown during this time of distress. Highly recommended.

We sold our home to Eagle Cash Buyers. We needed to sell to an investor because we could not afford the cost of repairs. Eagle Cash Buyers stuck to the agreed on price even after finding more damage with the house than originally discussed. Oren communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks to Eagle Cash Buyers for buying our house and helping us move on with our life.

Alex Anthony was incredible, responsive, no hidden scams and straightforward. Didn't make any promises until REAL numbers were established, which is extremely respectable. Not only was he efficient, he was fast too. He understood our situation with great empathy and was very personable and patient. If I ever find myself in a similar situation, Alex will be my first call.

Oren and the Eagle Cash Buyers team were extremely efficient throughout the entire sales process. Oren answered my calls day and night unlike other people that I have worked with before. He was very attentive to all my concerns and completely put my mind at ease. I am really looking forward to working with him again and highly recommend Oren plus his team.

I had fallen behind on my mortgage and was in the pre foreclosure stage. The property was in a completely different state from where I lived. Eagle Cash Buyers completely saved my peace of mind and sanity. From the initial contact throughout the entire process they, especially Kelly, have been nothing but professional and informative.

My old rental in Austin kept sitting vacant. Eagle Cash Buyers made a straightforward cash offer the day after I called and we closed in 10 days. No inspections, no repairs, and they even worked with my tenants' schedule. Perfect option for landlords wanting to sell an investment property quickly, as-is.
