5. How We Disclose Personal Information
5.1 Service Providers
We may disclose information to companies that perform services for us, including Website hosting, cloud storage, CRM, email, telephone and text communications, call recording, analytics, advertising measurement, document management, scheduling, security, data processing, and professional support. These providers may use information to perform services for us, comply with law, and as otherwise allowed by their contracts and applicable law.
5.2 Transaction and Professional Parties
When reasonably necessary to evaluate, structure, document, or complete a potential property transaction, we may disclose relevant information to affiliated entities, local investment or transaction partners, prospective purchasers, title and escrow companies, closing or settlement providers, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, real estate professionals, lenders involved in a transaction, government recording offices, and other parties involved in the requested transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or license homeowner leads as a separate business activity. Transaction-related disclosure is made to evaluate or carry out a potential transaction or requested property solution.
5.3 Analytics, Advertising, and Website Providers
We use third-party analytics, advertising, measurement, heatmap, mapping, video, and related technologies. When these technologies are active, their providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie or advertising identifiers, pages viewed, links or buttons selected, referring page, approximate location, date and time, campaign information, and conversion or interaction events.
These providers may include:
- Google: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps, Google Places, and embedded YouTube features. These technologies may support Website analytics, attribution, conversion measurement, audience creation, advertising, address functionality, maps, and video. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel and related tools may measure Website visits and actions, attribute inquiries to advertisements, create or update audiences, and support advertising. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- TikTok: the TikTok Pixel and related tools may measure visits, campaign performance, and conversion events and support audience or advertising services. See TikTok’s Privacy Policy.
- Hotjar: Hotjar tools may collect page-use, click, scroll, device, and session-interaction information to help us understand and improve Website usability. See Hotjar’s Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Advertising: when Microsoft/Bing advertising or Universal Event Tracking is enabled, these technologies may measure visits, conversions, and campaign performance and support audience or advertising services. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
We do not intentionally configure advertising or analytics providers to receive private communication contents, property-inquiry narratives, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or text-messaging opt-in consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Some state privacy laws may classify certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged and Eagle Cash Buyers does not sell homeowner leads. Your choices are described in Section 7.
5.4 Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to a lawful request, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle Cash Buyers, our users, or others.
5.5 Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other business transaction, including during due diligence, subject to applicable law.
5.6 At Your Direction
We may disclose information to another party when you direct us to do so, request the disclosure, or provide consent.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local or session storage, scripts, server logs, and similar technologies for:
- Essential functions: Website operation, security, fraud prevention, and form functionality;
- Analytics: traffic, page performance, Website usage, heatmaps, and session interactions; and
- Advertising and measurement: conversions, campaign attribution, audiences, advertising frequency, and relevant advertising.
The Website provides privacy choices through the control in Section 7 and legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals. You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, although browser settings may not stop every server-side or cookieless technology and may affect Website functionality.
Where required by applicable law, we process Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of covered sales, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because traditional “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized, we do not respond to them except where required by law.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Eagle Cash Buyers does not sell personal information for money and does not sell, rent, or license homeowner leads. We use homeowner information to respond to inquiries, evaluate properties, communicate about potential transactions, and operate our business as described in this Policy.
However, analytics and advertising technologies automatically make certain online identifiers and activity information available to their providers. Some state privacy laws may classify that activity as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising even though Eagle Cash Buyers does not sell a seller’s contact information or property inquiry.
Where applicable, you may opt out of covered advertising and targeted-advertising activity using the button below. Your choice applies to this browser or device. You may also email deal@eaglecashbuyers.com with the subject “Targeted Advertising Opt-Out.”
When we receive a legally recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request where required by law. If Global Privacy Control is active, it overrides the “Allow Targeted Advertising” button.
Opting out does not prevent all advertising. You may still receive contextual advertisements. Information previously collected by a provider may remain subject to that provider’s retention practices, legal obligations, and your choices with that provider.
8. Telephone Calls and Call Recordings
We may collect telephone call metadata and notes and may record calls for quality assurance, training, documentation, security, and compliance. Where notice or consent is required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the representative or discontinue the call and contact us through another available method.
9. Mobile SMS Messaging Privacy
If you expressly opt in to text messaging or initiate a text conversation with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, property information, message content, consent records, opt-out records, and related messaging activity.
We use this information to respond to property inquiries, schedule or confirm calls and appointments, provide requested information, coordinate documents or access, answer questions, and send updates concerning a potential or active property transaction.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction includes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help deliver or support our messaging program and when required by law, but they may not use SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email deal@eaglecashbuyers.com or call (833) 330-1625.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of selling a property, entering into a transaction, or purchasing goods or services. Additional terms appear in the SMS/Text Messaging Terms section of our Terms of Service.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate and complete transactions, maintain business and transaction records, document consent and opt-out requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, our relationship with you, whether a transaction occurred, legal limitation periods, and recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to lawful exceptions and technical limitations.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no transmission method, Website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not send highly sensitive credentials or financial-account information through general Website forms, ordinary email, chat, or text messages.
12. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether applicable law covers Eagle Cash Buyers or the information involved, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Request access to or a copy of personal information maintained about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

- Opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling;
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable;

13. Children’s Privacy

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, Services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date.
